My role as your telco advisor is to act as the conduit between you and your telco provider, so that you can spend your time focusing on your business and not on your phone bill. I build long-term professional relationships with my clients and I work overtime to understand your physical environment, as well as your communication goals and objectives.
My mission is to provide my clients with the kind of customer service that simply no longer exists in large telco organisations. After consulting with you on a one-on-one basis, I then go and tailor a solution to ensure that you are getting the most out of your telco services. My highly personalised service means that you no longer have to battle it out with another telco provider. Ever.
I started out in the telco industry as a partner of Optus and served in my role for a period just shy of a decade. My professional learning within Optus gave me a firm knowledge of the inner-workings of a leading Australian telecommunications provider.
After a lifetime of working in telecommunications, I felt the need to do something about the sheer lack of customer service available for businesses. After more than a decade working for major telcos, I developed a large bank of knowledge that I wanted to pass on to business owners. The combination of poor customer service in the telco business together with my expertise, saw the launch of my consultancy, Business Telco Solutions back in 2009. Although I launched BTS only 5 years ago, I have actually been serving the majority of my clients for more than 10 years.
It is very common for account managers and sales people in the telco industry to move on after only a few years in the profession. Helping grow businesses is something I have had the pleasure of doing for a long time now and my clients have the peace of mind of knowing that I will be there to serve their business well into the future. Once I find and implement the solution, I remain your main point of contact for the telecommunications requirements of your business.
