Our customer was so frustrated with the lack of service from their existing provider. This frustration came from having three account managers to communicate with, which lead to issues taking weeks to be actioned. To add a new service urgently was non existent. The last straw came when it took three months to replace a sim card. BTS was recommended by their existing IT provider and we were more than happy to step in and deliver exceptional service.
The solution
The BTS team dedicated time to actively listen and comprehend the existing challenges. Our approach involved evaluating the current 180 mobile services and offering recommendations. Our primary emphasis remains on delivering swift and dependable customer service.
The result
We ported across over 180 mobile services and are providing same day support for any adds moves or changes on the customers account.
We even managed to save then nearly 20% against what they were paying.
